- He is member of Institue of Chartered Accountants of India since 2009. Post qualification, he has started his career in UAE and worked with various well-known and reputed entities in Dubai, UAE at a managerial position. After his long stint at Dubai, he has relocated to India in 2016. SInce then, he has been instrumental to many clients across India especially in the state of Gujarat for their various management consultancy requirements. Mohit’s major focus has been Real Estate Industry due to his significant focus in RERA.
- Mohit has been regular speakers on the seminars/webinars on Gujarat RERA on various platforms including ICAI and Builders associations etc.
- He is also an Insolvency Professional reigistered with Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India and had been appointed as resolution professional in the critical matters like Essar Oil and Gas Exploration and Production Limited. He has also co-authored a book on Pre-packaged Insolvency Resolution Process published by ICAI in January 2022.
- Mohit has also completed certification course on con-current audit of banks conducted by ICAI. He is also registered in the Independent Director’s data bank maintained by the Indian institute of Corporate Affairs. He has also completed Certification Course on UAE Corporate Tax Law conducted by International Taxation Committee of ICAI.
